EMS training checklist

I'll see you at the appointment


  1. Please plan about 1 hour for the first appointment and the trial session.

  2. Eat enough carbohydrates (about 2-4 hours before).

  3. drink enough; 0.5l of water before the start of training. There are always enough carafes with lemon water prepared on site.

  4. Upon need:
    Training shoes, change of underwear, towel.


  5. No EMS training with fever, during pregnancy & with a pacemaker
